2. OA Community Library

Launch and sustain a free community library hub providing books, digital access, and programs to boost literacy, school performance, and lifelong learning.

3. OA Apprenticeship Program

Train youth in market-demand trades through structured apprenticeships for employment, entrepreneurship, or further certification.

4. OA Business Centre

Incubate micro and small enterprises with shared workspace, training, mentorship, and finance access to drive profitability and growth.

5. OA Education Fund

Provide scholarships and materials to low-income students to complete secondary, vocational, or tertiary education to, reduce dropouts and support successful transitions.

Accountability

We are and shall remain transparent in all financial and organisational activities, ensuring every member’s contribution is used responsibly for the group and broader community’s benefit.

Inclusivity & Equity

We welcome all people of good standing from or connected to Ogango, ensuring equal voice, representation, and opportunity across gender, age, and background.

Sustainability

Our initiatives are designed to create lasting impact — environmentally sound, financially viable, and deeply rooted in the community’s own strengths and culture.
